Technology Management Multiple Digital Agencies

Before focusing on design, I received a first degree in Computer Science in Germany and worked for many years in technology management and implementation in both Germany and the US.

Working for web agencies like Red Dot Interactive, Vivid Studios, Modem Media and Grey Interactive, I moved from Software Engineer to Software Architect, and on to Technology Manager and Assoc. Director of Technology.
I implemented, architected, and managed interactive CD-ROMs and dynamic websites for clients including HP, Acer, Cisco Systems, Oracle, Netscape, Avery, Dolby Technologies, Michelin, and Mars/Masterfoods. Languages used included ASP, Visual Basic, Lingo, Perl, PHP, C++ and Java/J2EE.

In addition to the technology work, I always closely collaborated with the design team on the user experience and interaction design.
